In conjunction with the Hilliard Museum and their upcoming retrospective on architect A. Hays Town, the LAF and the Hilliard Museum will be hosting tours of the late architect's residential designs in Lafayette on July 14. More information and online sales will be announced soon.

Prior to the tour day, an A. Hays Town And The Architectural Image Of Louisiana opens at the Hilliard Museum on June 15, reception 6pm to 8pm, finishing on December 29.  The exhibition will be guest curated by architectural historian, Dr. Carol McMichael Reese, Professor in the School of Architecture at Tulane University, where Town studied. A highly collaborative project, the exhibition will bring together faculty and students from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Tulane University in New Orleans, and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, providing an opportunity for students to gain experience in exhibition research, design, and production.
